The present research work was developed in the facilities of the Narciso Arestegui Integrated Educational Institution of Huaro-2017 and had as objective to know the Organizational Behavior in that institution. The type of research is basic, quantitative approach, non-experimental design and descriptive scope, the study population was composed by 45 Narciso Arestegui Integrated Educational Institution of Huaro´s employees, the information was collected through a questionnaire made specifically for this research. The sample was non-probabilistic, which is used when there is no a complete list of collaborators that make up the total population. The results were processed by the IBM SPSS 22 t Excel statistical programs for the graphs. When reviewing the variable it was determined that the Organizational Behavior at the Narciso Arestegui Integrated Educational Institution of Huaro-2017, is Inadequate as shown in the results, with an average of 2.6 according to the determined scale of measurement; which shows that the Organizational Behavior in the Educational Institution is not optimal, due to failures in the three dimensions that are: Individual is regularly adequate with an average of 2.9; Group is inadequate with an average of 2.5 and finally the Organization in which it is also performed inadequately with an average of 2.6 according to the established measurement scale.
