The present study entitled "Biomechanical risk and musculoskeletal disorders of construction personnel in the construction company ECOANDEN S.A.C. 2022” sought to identify the relationship between biomechanical risk and musculoskeletal disorders in the personnel of the construction company Ecoanden S.A.C. 2022. In order to meet the objective, the study used a methodology that considered the study of correlational scope, applied type, analytical - synthetic, non-experimental design. The main instrument used was the ERGOPAR, which was applied to the 9 workers of the "Residencial Parque Barclay" project executed by the construction company ECOANDEN S.A.C. As findings, it was determined that the level of biomechanical risk was high represented by 55.6% and 44.4% of medium level. On the other hand, the level of musculoskeletal disorders was moderate, represented by 55.6%, 33.3% were mild and 11.1% were severe. In addition, an intervention proposal was developed to improve the situation of site personnel. It was concluded that it was identified that there is a significant relationship with a value of sig. of 0.011<0.05 and with a Pearson coefficient value of 0.792 confirming that the correlation is positive and very strong.
