Características microbiológicas de aguas residuales producidas en la Clínica Estomatológica Luis Vallejo Santoni de la Universidad Andina del Cusco 2019 I

Abstract

El objetivo del trabajo de investigación es identificar las características microbiológicas en las aguas residuales en las unidades y lavatorios de la Clínica Estomatológica Luis Vallejos Santoni La metodología utilizada tiene un enfoque cuantitativo; el alcance es descriptivo que caracteriza a la única variable se buscó identificar bacterias y hongos en las aguas residuales de las diferentes áreas de la clínica Estomatológica el diseño es no experimental, porque no se manipuló las variables, de corte transversal tomando el instrumento por única vez, aplicado a 53 unidades dentales y 24 lavatorios de las diferentes áreas de la clínica se obtuvo muestras las cuales fueron validados por expertos y sometidas a un procedimiento de laboratorio de sembrado e incubado por 24 horas.. Los resultados hallados nos evidencian que se encontró mayor cantidad de bacterias gran – y hongos y levaduras sobre en las áreas de odontopediatria, endodoncia y mayor proporción de bacterias gran + en el tercer nivel que corresponde área de operatoria y Prostodoncia

The design is nonexperimental, because the variables were not manipulated, of cross-section taking the instrument only once. , applied to 51 dental units and 22 lavatories of the different areas of the clinic, samples were obtained which were validated by experts and subjected to a laboratory procedure of sowing and incubation for 24 hours. The results found show us that a greater quantity of large bacteria - and fungi and yeasts were found in the areas of pediatric dentistry, endodontics and a greater proportion of large + bacteria at the third level corresponding to the area of surgery and Prosthodontics
