The thesis entitled “CULTURAL FACTORS RELATED TO THE MICRONUTRIENT ADHERENCE TO MOTHERS OF CHILDREN FROM 6 TO 36 MONTHS TREATED IN THE HEALTH CENTER PISAC, CUSCO 2018 “. The Objective: To determine the relationship of sociocultural factors adherence to micronutrients in mothers of children 6 to 36 months treated at the Center Health Pisac, Cusco 2018. Methodological design: quantitative, descriptive, transversal and correlational study population was 84 mothers. The kind of Probabilistic sampling was not the instrument was a structured survey, He checked the relationship between the two variables through the chi square. results: 54.88% of the mothers do not adhere and the 45.12% adhere. The facts sociocultural they are related to adherence: 47% are children between 6 to 11 months, 56% are female, as to the social factors are 44% mothers aged 19 to 29 years, 44.05% are married, 55.95% are housewives, the 39.29% have an income of 930.00 to 999.00 monthly soles, 40.48% have only one child, the 40,48% have a nuclear family, factors cultural 39.3% have a degree of secondary studies, 38.10% speak Spanish and Quechua, 33.3% are Catholic and 38.10% come from the town center Pisac. Conclusion: Sociocultural factors related to not adherence micronutrients in mothers of children 6 to 36 months treated at the Center Health Pisac, Cusco 2018.
