Aplicación del principio de Lean Construction para la optimización de la productividad de las partidas de movimiento de tierras con maquinaria pesada en la cantera Pallpancay Chimpahuaylla San Jerónimo Región Cusco.

Abstract

Esta tesis es el resultado de una investigación sobre la productividad que podría tener el cargador frontal, volquete y pala excavadora en actividades el movimiento de tierras en nuestra localidad, durante seis meses se realizaron observaciones en campo y se tomaron suficiente datos para ser analizados estadísticamente, Como resultado se inició la conformación de una base de datos sobre la productividad teórica información obtenida en su mayoría del libro “productividad en obras de construcción” de Virgilio Ghio Castillo donde comparándolas con la productividad del antes y después de la aplicación de la filosofía Lean identificando las actividades que no generan valor utilizando la Carta Balance , Factores De Producción que ayuda en las programaciones , Diagramas De Pareto , Porcentaje De Actividades Completadas que nos ayuda en la confianza del cumplimiento de la programación y por ultimo Last Planner que analiza el cumplimiento de entrega de información gracias a estas herramientas de producción podemos tener una mejora continua introduciendo un enfoque novedoso de la administración que está tomando cada día más fuerza a nivel mundial: “lean Construction” reduciendo las pérdidas a lo largo del flujo productivo por ende nuestro fin es mejorar la producción ideal de material haciendo que este sea mayor y en el menor tiempo.

This thesis stems from an investigation on the productivity that would be able to have the front end loader ,team of transporting and excavator in activities observations at field accomplished the movement of lands at locality, during six months themselves and they drank themselves enough data to be examined statistically, As a Result information obtained in his majority of the book initiated the conformation of a data base on the theoretic productivity itself productivity in works of the construction of Virgilio Ghio Castillo where comparing them to the productivity of the elks and after the application of philosophy Lean identifying the activities that do not generate value utilizing the Letter Balance, Factors of production that you assist with programmings, Diagrams of Pareto, Percentage of Activities Completed that you help us in the confidence of the fulfillment of programming and for last Planner that you examine the fulfillment of delivery of information thanks to these tools of production we can have a continuous improvement introducing an innovative focus of the administration that is taking more every day force worldwide level: “Read Construction ” reducing the losses to long of the productive flow whereby our end is to improve the ideal production of material doing that this be older and in the minor time.
