This thesis stems from an investigation on the productivity that would be able to have the front end loader ,team of transporting and excavator in activities observations at field accomplished the movement of lands at locality, during six months themselves and they drank themselves enough data to be examined statistically, As a Result information obtained in his majority of the book initiated the conformation of a data base on the theoretic productivity itself productivity in works of the construction of Virgilio Ghio Castillo where comparing them to the productivity of the elks and after the application of philosophy Lean identifying the activities that do not generate value utilizing the Letter Balance, Factors of production that you assist with programmings, Diagrams of Pareto, Percentage of Activities Completed that you help us in the confidence of the fulfillment of programming and for last Planner that you examine the fulfillment of delivery of information thanks to these tools of production we can have a continuous improvement introducing an innovative focus of the administration that is taking more every day force worldwide level: “Read Construction ” reducing the losses to long of the productive flow whereby our end is to improve the ideal production of material doing that this be older and in the minor time.
