In the research carried out, the main objective was to determine the relationship that exists between the variables irrational beliefs and emotional dependence in women who reported being victims of intimate partner violence treated at the CLAS San Jerónimo Health Center, Cusco, 2024. The research design was non-experimental and transversal, its scope being correlational, the population was made up of 268 victims of intimate partner violence and the sample was 159 woman, the instruments used to obtain the necessary information were used two instruments: The irrational beliefs questionnaire (TCI) and the emotional dependence inventory (IDE), for the analysis of the information collected, the SPSS statistical analysis software was used, using frequency statistics and Spearman's Rho, from which it was found that there is a significant medium-level correlation in the aforementioned variables. The sociodemographic factors that intervene in this relationship are: age group, religious belief, having children and educational level. Likewise, the dimensions of irrational beliefs that are significantly correlated with emotional dependence are: The irrational belief in dependence and the irrational belief in the need for approval.
