La gestión de almacén y su influencia en los costos logísticos en la Empresa Apmipol E.I.R.l, 2020

Abstract

La empresa APMIPOL E.I.R.L. tuvo problemas con sus costos logísticos, los mismos que incrementaron durante el año 2019 y 2020, cuyas causas son mencionadas en la presente investigación, por tal motivo se origina esta investigación titulada “La gestión de almacén y su influencia en los costos logísticos en la empresa APMIPOL E.I.R.L, 2020”, cuyo objetivo es determinar en qué medida la gestión de almacén influye en la reducción de costos logísticos de la empresa. El método desarrollado en el estudio es de tipo básico hipotético-deductivo, nivel correlacional, enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental con un corte transversal, la unidad de estudio estuvo conformada por 25 trabajadores de la empresa APMIPOL E.I.R.L y los registros proporcionados. La recolección de datos se realizó a través de la revisión documentaria y encuestas, cuyos instrumentos fueron la ficha de revisión documentaria y el cuestionario; para su procesamiento se recurrió a los programas de Excel y SPSS 25. Con base a ello, se tuvo la siguiente conclusión, que responde al objetivo mencionado: existe relación significativa e indirecta entre la gestión de almacén y los costos logísticos de la empresa APMIPOL E.I.R.L. 2020, con un p valor de 0.00 < 0.05 y un coeficiente de Tau- b de Kendall = - 0,907. Entre más adecuada sea la gestión de almacén, menor serán los costos logísticos, por lo tanto, se acepta la hipótesis alterna y se rechaza la hipótesis nula; se evidenció que la gestión de almacén es deficiente debido a un mal uso de recursos, datos y capacidad del almacén, por lo tanto, los costos logísticos que tiene que sustentar la empresa son moderadamente altos.

The company APMIPOL E.I.R.L. had problems with its logistics costs, the same ones that increased during 2019 and 2020, the causes are mentioned in this investigation, for this reason this investigation entitled Warehouse management and its influence on logistics costs in the company APMIPOL EIRL originates, 2020, whose objective is to determine to what extent warehouse management influences the reduction of logistics costs of the company. The method developed in the study is of a basic type, correlational level, hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach and non-experimental-cross- sectional design, the study unit was made up of 25 workers from the company APMIPOL E.I.R.L and the records provided. Data collection was carried out through documentary review and surveys, the instruments of which were the document review form and the questionnaire; Excel and SPSS programs were used for processing. Based on this, the following conclusion was reached, which responded to the objective: there is a significant and indirect relationship between warehouse management and the logistics costs of the company APMIPOL E.I.R.L. 2020, with a p value of 0.00 <0.05 and a Kendall's Tau - b coefficient = - 0.907. The more adequate the warehouse management, the lower the logistics costs, therefore, the alternative hypothesis is accepted, and the null hypothesis is rejected; It was evidenced that warehouse management is regular due to a misuse of resources, data and warehouse capacity, therefore, the logistics costs that the company has to support are moderately high.
