Knowledge and practices on sexuality in the students of the first and ninth academic cycle of the Professional School of Obstetrics 2019 - II. Objective: Identify the level of knowledge and practices on sexuality in students of the first and ninth academic years. Methodology: descriptive, cross-sectional, quantitative, non-experimental, prospective. Results: The sociodemographic characteristics are age in the 1st cycle (82%) under the age of 19; (81%) age between 19 to 24 years in the 9th cycle, sex is presented with (97%) as female and (100%) in the 9th cycle, the marital status in both students of the 1st and 9th cycle was (97%) and (76%) respectively as single (or) s, the religion is Catholic with (88%) and (86%) in the 1st and 9th cycle respectively. The level of knowledge about sexuality is high with (68%) in the students of the ninth cycle and (32%) in the first cycle. Sexuality practices are evidenced by 42% who had the beginning of sexual intercourse before the age of 18, 85% had their first sexual relationship with the lover, 85% indicated that their first relationship was by will own, 51% practice vaginal intercourse, 100% said they had no relationship with sex workers, 26% indicated that they had two or more sex partners in the last six months, 72% were ever tested for HIV, syphilis or hepatitis
