The present research study was carried out with the objective of evaluating MICRO- Leakage in cemented resin inlays with Amelogen thermo-modified resin (ultradent) and variolink dual cement (Ivoclar vivadent) at 24 hours and 7 days, Universidad Andina del Cusco – 2019. The methodology used was carried out through a comparative, quasi-experimental study. The sample was given by 40 premolar teeth, with inlay preparations that were separated into 2 study groups: 1st Group. - 20 teeth with Amelogen thermo-modified resin (ultradent), 2nd Group. - 20 dental pieces with variolink N dual cement (Ivoclar vivadent). The samples were subjected to thermocycling in 1% methylene blue in order to achieve a certain aging of the dental pieces. After 24 hours, 10 teeth were removed from each group and the rest were removed after 7 days. To then be observed in the stereoscopic microscope. The results of microleakage in resin inlays cemented with thermo-modified resin Amelogen (ultradent) and variolink dual cement (ivoclar vivadent) was at 24 hours higher for the dual cement in relation to the thermo-modified resin, which had significance p = 0.044 (p<0.05). At 7 days, the microleakage was higher for the dual cement in relation to the thermo-modified resin, this was significant p=0.006 (p<0.05). Microleakage in resin inlays cemented with Amelogen thermo-modified resin (ultradent) was lower at 7 days compared to 24 hours. And the resin with variolink dual cement (ivoclar vivadent) was the same at 24 hours and 7 days.
