The present research aims to know and compare the perception of sexuality and gender in students of the professional schools of management, accounting, economy and tourism of The National University San Antonio Abad of Cusco. The sample is made up of 308 students. The following research is non-experimental traverse and a comparative descriptive design is used. For the recollection of data, We have used the questionnaire on the perception of sexuality and gender previously validated through expert judgment . The results show that the majority of students present conservative perceptions in: sexuality and gender, the couple, homosexuality, love and amorousness; the perception about the sexual practice and use of contraceptive methods are liberal manner. According to the comparison by professionals schools it is evident that the professional school of management, accounting and tourism have predominantly conservative perception and the professional school of economy has liberal and mixed perception. According to the comparison by sex, shows that women present more conservative perceptions about sexuality.
