Costos de riesgos laborales y los ingresos netos de rentas cuarta-quinta categoría que perciben las enfermeras en el Hospital del distrito Sicuani 2016.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, que lleva por título “COSTOS DE RIESGOS LABORALES Y LOS INGRESOS NETOS DE RENTAS CUARTA- QUINTA CATEGORIA QUE PERCIBEN LAS ENFERMERAS EN EL HOSPITAL DEL DISTRITO SICUANI-2016” cuya investigación se realizó con la finalidad de describir en qué medida los costos de riesgos laborales afectan los ingresos netos de rentas cuarta- quinta categoría que perciben las enfermeras en el Hospital del Distrito Sicuani, que son de exiguas escalas remunerativas y no compensan con las labores asignadas y que el hospital es un ambiente peligroso que están expuestas a riesgos laborales los trabajadores del sector salud que este contexto es el personal de enfermería.

El presente estudio tiene el siguiente alcance: Descriptivo, analítico, con diseño no experimental y enfoque cuantitativo. Las técnicas de recolección de datos utilizados han sido, el análisis documental, la encuesta y entrevista.

La elaboración del marco teórico ha partido de la identificación de las variables y la consiguiente revisión profunda de fuentes bibliográficas que garantizan el debido sustento en la presente investigación.

La población de informantes estuvo constituida por una población total de 50 enfermeros; que se tuvo que seleccionar una parte de la población que es la muestra de 24 enfermeras que manifiestan no hacer uso de seguridad social por diferentes motivos, las que fueron encuestadas.

The development of the theoretical framework has started from the identification of the variables and the consequent deep revision of bibliographical sources that guarantee the proper sustenance in the present investigation.

The population of informants consisted of a total population of 50 nurses; That we had to select a part of the population that is the sample of 24 nurses who declare not to use social security for different reasons, which were surveyed.
