The objective of this research was to determine the level of bruxism related to work stress in the workers of the District Municipality of Chinchero, Urubamba- 2021, a non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional study was carried out, with a quantitative approach. The population to study was 70 workers between women and men who are within the age range of 20-60 years. The data collection instruments were two questionnaires; the first was the Stress Reactivity Index (IRE-32) consisting of 32 questions and the second a questionnaire to diagnose bruxism of 15 questions; an informed consent was also applied. Reaching the following conclusions that, if there is a statistically average relationship between the bruxism and stress variables, it was also observed that 36% of those who suffered bruxism was mild, 22% suffered moderate bruxism and 15.4% severe bruxism; Regarding stress, 21% suffer from low stress, 48.6% moderate stress and 30.4% high stress. Also, according to sex, in the male sex, 14 presented mild bruxism, 4 moderate bruxism and 5 severe bruxism, as for the female sex, 11 presented mild bruxism, 11 moderate bruxism and 6 severe bruxism; The female sex being the one with the highest prevalence of bruxism, likewise in terms of age, the age group of 20-30 was with the highest prevalence of bruxism. In relation to stress, it was possible to determine that of the population studied, 21% presented low stress, 48.6% moderate stress and 30.4% high stress, in terms of sex it was determined that the male sex was predominant and in Regarding the age range, it was determined that the groups of 20-30 and 31- 40 years were the most prevalent.
