This research report is to determine the level of impact of the moratorium on the credit assessment Municipal Savings and Credit Cusco Portal Espinar agency 2013 period, based on the way the credits are evaluated at present, and as a result determine the level of incidence moratorium due to the credit assessment by the analyst in the period 2013 on Caja Municipal Cusco. The research is quantitative approach to measure phenomena and data collection is used to test the hypothesis, is sequential and uses statistics to be processed in an Excel spreadsheet and the program SPSS; Quantitative non-experimental design is used. The purpose of the research is to reveal the process of credit assessment and its impact on Caja Municipal Cusco moratorium Savings and Loan Agency Cusco Portal Espinar 2013 period; as well as the importance of how to make a credit assessment and effectively demanding carefully reviewing each requirement required by the operating loans and checking the veracity of all documents submitted for such assessment being very careful with the qualitative and quantitative aspects. Understanding and knowing these aspects help the credit analyst to know their customers and their financial situation to determine if it has sufficient financial ability to meet its financial obligations. We believe that a quality assessment will result in a good loan portfolio as the risk of default in the short and long term is minimized. In conclusion our thesis will demonstrate that exist a direct relation between the process of credit assessment and the impact on Caja Municipal Cusco moratorium savings and loan period 2013.
