Abstract: El trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo describir como es la Administración del talento
humano en la Organización No Gubernamental World Vision Perú – Cusco - 2021, las
dimensiones consideradas son las siguientes: diseño del puesto, reclutamiento, selección,
evaluación de desempeño, capacitación, administración de carrera y remuneración. En lo
referente a la metodología, el tipo de investigación es básica, el enfoque de investigación es
cuantitativa, el diseño de la investigación es no experimental, de alcance descriptivo; se
consideró como muestra a los 23 colaboradores que trabajan en la oficina Cusco. Los
resultados a los que se arribó en la investigación son los siguientes: la variable Administración
del talento humano tiene un promedio de 2.03 que indica que es inadecuado; las dimensiones:
diseño del puesto tiene un promedio de 1.59 lo que indica que es muy inadecuado, el
reclutamiento tiene un promedio de 1.74 lo que indica que es muy inadecuado, la selección
tiene un promedio de 1.56 lo que indica que es muy inadecuado, la evaluación del desempeño
tiene un promedio de 1.64 lo que indica que es muy inadecuado, la capacitación tiene un
promedio de 2.73 lo que indica que es ni adecuado ni inadecuado, la administración de carrera
tiene un promedio de 3.27 lo que indica que es ni adecuado ni inadecuado, la remuneración
tiene un promedio de 1.70 lo que indica que es muy inadecuado.
