La eficacia de la aplicación de la ley 30407, ley de protección y bienestar animal en los actos de crueldad en los animales domésticos en la ciudad de Sicuani en el año 2022.

Abstract

La actual investigación titulada “LA EFICACIA DE LA APLICACIÓN DE LA LEY 30407, LEY DE PROTECCIÓN Y BIENESTAR ANIMAL EN LOS ACTOS DE CRUELDAD EN LOS ANIMALES DOMÉSTICOS EN LA CIUDAD DE SICUANI EN EL AÑO 2022”, cuyo objetivo principal es determinar si es eficiente la aplicación de la ley 30407, ley de protección y bienestar animal en los actos de crueldad en los animales domésticos en la ciudad de Sicuani en el año 2022; en la que se empleó la metodología de diseño no experimental, de enfoque mixto, de tipo básica y de nivel descriptivo; contando con una población de 105 integrantes entre autoridades y ciudadanos, y una muestra total de 15 personas entre autoridades y ciudadanos, a partir de todo ello se alcanzó la siguiente conclusión: La Ley N° 30407 no es eficiente, si bien se entiende y es fácil de comprenderla, las autoridades judiciales no tendrían ningún problema en aplicarla, así como el Art. 206 del Código Penal peruano, por ende, se les hace más fácil poder explicarles a los ciudadanos que cometen maltrato contra animales, pero en la práctica, no hay resultados, porque los ciudadanos no muestran mucha predisposición en acatar esta ley.

The current research entitled "THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE APPLICATION OF LAW 30407, ANIMAL PROTECTION AND WELFARE LAW IN THE ACTS OF CRUELTY IN DOMESTIC ANIMALS IN THE CITY OF SICUANI IN THE YEAR 2022", whose main objective is to determine if the application of law 30407, law of protection and animal welfare in the acts of cruelty in domestic animals in the city of Sicuani in the year 2022 is efficient; The non-experimental design methodology was used, with a mixed approach, basic and descriptive level; with a population of 105 members between authorities and citizens, and a total sample of 15 people between authorities and citizens, from all this, the following conclusion was reached: Law No. 30407 is efficient since, if it is understood and easy to understand, so the judicial authorities have no problem when dealing with Law No. 30407 and Art. 206 of the Peruvian Penal Code, therefore, it is easier for them to explain to citizens who commit animal abuse the scope of the Law and the consequences they may face; however, citizens do not show much predisposition to abide by this law.
