The present study aims to study the location of anatomical repairs, mental foramen and accessory in patients who attended the stomatological clinic of the Universidad Andina del Cusco, 2018. Being an observational, descriptive, transversal, retrospective study; the tomography bank of the radiology and diagnostic imaging area of the Luis Vallejos Santoni stomatology clinic of the UAC was used as a study analysis, which has 250 tomographies, the sample being 190 tomographies which were taken to patients with a range of Age between 18 and 60 years of both sexes. The Cone Beam MyRay computerized tomograph was used, which used the Yris Viewer 2016 Software where the tomographies were analyzed, observing the location of the mental hole with respect to the lower teeth, body of the maxilla, in the 3D cut and if the mental hole we check with the view in the axial cut to have a greater precision. The data collection form was used, then these were transcribed to an ordering matrix in SPSS, to be studied and processed statistically. The statistical results showed that in 158 cases without sex distinction (42%) the mental hole was found at the apical level of the second premolar, followed by 118 cases representing the (31%) located in the interdental space of the first and second premolar. We can conclude that the most frequent location that presents the mental foramen with respect to the dental pieces is at the apical level of the second premolar, followed by the interdental space between the first and second premolar, on the other hand the accessory mental foramen was presented in 36 patients. which represents 19% of the population.
