Hallazgos patológicos en tomografía cone beam de pacientes atendidos en el periodo 2017 a septiembre del 2018 en la Clínica Luis Vallejos Santoni de la Universidad Andina del Cusco, 2018.

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue determinar los hallazgospatológicos en Tomografía Cone Beam de los pacientes atendidos en el periodo2017 a septiembre del 2018 en la Clínica Luis Vallejos Santoni de la UniversidadAndina del Cusco. Donde se usó como material y métodos, fue un estudiodescriptivo de tipo transversal, retrospectivo no experimental. Donde la muestraestuvo conformada por 549 tomografías cone Beam de los pacientes atendidosen la Clínica Luis Vallejos Santoni, lo cual fueron tomadas en el periodo 2017 aseptiembre del 2018. La técnica que se utilizó para la recolección de datos fue lade observación de tomografías de la base de datos del área de radiología, losmismos que han sido registrados en la ficha de recolección de datos. Luegoteniendo los resultados en la matriz de datos se procedió al análisis estadísticoen el programa SPSS versión 24 de los resultados, teniendo los resultados en lamatriz de datos se procedió al análisis estadístico chi cuadrado teniendo unp=0.008 (P<0.05) lo cual nos indica que si existe buena concordancia, trabajandoen un nivel de significancia 0.05% donde será significativo si p<0.05% y nosignificativo si p>0.05%. Seguidamente se analizó e interpretara los resultados. Los resultados de la prevalencia de hallazgos patológicos en tomografías conebeam de pacientes atendidos en el periodo 2017 a septiembre del 2017 en laClínica Luis Vallejos Santoni fue de 84%.

The objective of this research work was to determine the pathological findings in Cone Beam Tomography of the patients attended in the period 2017 to September 2018 in the Clinic Luis Vallejos Santoni of the Andean University of Cusco. Where it was used as material and methods, it was a descriptive study of transverse type, retrospective non-experimental. The sample consisted of 549 cone Beam tomography scans of patients seen at the Luis Vallejos Santoni Clinic, which were taken between 2017 and September 2018. The technique used for data collection was the observation of tomography scans from the radiology area database, which have been recorded in the data collection form. After having the results in the data matrix we proceeded to the statistical analysis in the SPSS program version 24 of the results, having the results in the data matrix we proceeded to the chi-square statistical analysis having a p=0.008 (P<0.05) which indicates us that if there is good concordance, working at a significance level 0.05% where it will be significant if p<0.05% and not significant if p>0.05%. The results were then analyzed and interpreted. The results of the prevalence of pathological findings in cone beam tomography of patients attended in the period 2017 to September 2017 in the Luis Vallejos Santoni Clinic was 84%.
