The present investigation "Factors that Influence the Acceptance of Contraceptive Methods in Postpartum Women Attended at the Regional Hospital of Cusco, April - July 2021" Non-experimental design of quantitative approach and cross-section, with the Objective, to know the personal factors, gynecological obstetrics and socio-cultural factors that influence the acceptance of contraceptive methods in puerperal women treated at the Regional Hospital of Cusco, April - July 2021. Hypothesis, there are factors that influence the acceptance of contraceptive methods in puerperal women who are treated at the Regional Hospital of Cusco. Sample, the population profile was given in 251 immediate and mediate puerperal women. Results, it was found in the personal factors that the ages of 20 to 35 accept contraceptive methods and that they are from urban areas, these two being the influencing factor; In the gynecological-obstetric factors, it was found that they have 1 child, do not accept a contraceptive method and receive counseling during pregnancy (CPN), likewise these are an influential factor; In the socio-cultural factor, the decision-making is given by the puerperal woman and the couple accepts a contraceptive method, this is the influential factor. The contraceptive method of choice in the highest percentage is the injectable. Conclusion: There are various factors that influence the acceptance of contraceptive methods.
