The present study entitled: KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICE ON EXCLUSIVE BREASTFEEDING DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN NURSING MOTHERS, SAN PABLO CANCHIS CUSCO HEALTH POST- 2021. Objective: To determine the level of knowledge and practices on exclusive breastfeeding during the Covid-19 pandemic in nursing mothers at the San Pablo Canchis-Cusco-2021 health post. The methodology used was descriptive, nonexperimental, and cross-sectional design; The sample population was the 40 nursing mothers who attend the San Pablo Canchis Cusco Health Post in the CRED Niño Sano service, where the technique of interview and observation was used. The mothers were between 25 and 35 years old and 72.5% were cohabiting, 60.0% have secondary education and 57.5% work occasionally in the market. Within the general level of knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding during the COVID-19 pandemic, 52.5% of lactating mothers have a regular level of knowledge, 45.0% bad and 2.5% good. Regarding the general practice of exclusive breastfeeding during the COVID-19 pandemic, 55.0% of mothers present adequate exclusive breastfeeding practice and 45% inadequate.
