Conocimiento y practica sobre lactancia materna exclusiva durante la pandemia covid-19 en madres lactantes, Puesto de Salud San Pablo Canchis Cusco- 2021

Abstract

El presente estudio titulado: CONOCIMIENTO Y PRACTICA SOBRE LACTANCIA MATERNA EXCLUSIVA DURANTE LA PANDEMIA COVID-19 EN MADRES LACTANTES, PUESTO DE SALUD SAN PABLO CANCHIS CUSCO- 2021. Cuyo objetivo fue Determinar el nivel de conocimiento y prácticas sobre lactancia materna exclusiva durante la pandemia Covid-19 en madres lactantes del puesto de salud San Pablo Canchis- Cusco-2021. La metodología utilizada fue de enfoque cuantitativo, alcance descriptivo, transversal y prospectivo, la población muestral estuvo conformada por 40 madres lactantes que acudieron al Puesto de Salud San Pablo Canchis Cusco, servicio de CRED y que cumplen los criterios de inclusión; la técnica fue la entrevista y la observación. el instrumento fue la encuesta y la guía de observación. Los resultados son: sobre las características generales Las madres presentaron edades entre 25 a 35 años y el 72,5% son convivientes, 60,0% presentan estudios secundarios y 57,5% trabaja ocasionalmente en el mercado. Dentro del nivel de conocimiento en general sobre la lactancia materna exclusiva durante la pandemia por COVID-19 en las madres lactantes el 52,5% tiene un nivel de conocimiento regular, 45,0% malo y 2,5% bueno. Con relación a la práctica en general de la lactancia materna exclusiva durante la pandemia por el COVID-19 el 55,0% de madres presenta una práctica de la lactancia materna exclusiva adecuada y 45% inadecuada.

Objective: To determine the level of knowledge and practices on exclusive breastfeeding during the Covid-19 pandemic in nursing mothers at the San Pablo Canchis-Cusco-2021 health post. The methodology used was descriptive, nonexperimental,

and cross-sectional design; The sample population was the 40 nursing mothers who attend the San Pablo Canchis Cusco Health Post in the CRED Niño Sano service, where the technique of interview and observation was used. The mothers were between 25 and 35 years old and 72.5% were cohabiting, 60.0% have secondary education and 57.5% work occasionally in the market. Within the general level of knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding during the COVID-19 pandemic, 52.5% of lactating mothers have a regular level of knowledge, 45.0% bad and 2.5% good. Regarding the general practice of exclusive breastfeeding during the COVID-19 pandemic, 55.0% of mothers present adequate exclusive breastfeeding practice and 45% inadequate.
