This research evaluated the thermal transmittance values of the Sumaq Wasi housing modules, which are currently implemented by the National Rural Housing Program (PNVR) for the benefit of Peruvians living in poverty and extreme poverty. For the present investigation, two existing housing modules were taken into account in the district of Ccatcca, the first one with predominantly adobe material located in the community of Cjatacamara, and the second one with predominantly brick material located in the community of Ccopi; each one has different dimensions and characteristic materials in their envelopes, thus the values of thermal transmittances of their respective envelopes were calculated according to the maximum limits of the technical standard EM. 110 "Thermal and lighting comfort with energy efficiency", which corresponds to the National Building Regulations, in order to compare the thermal transmittance values of both Sumaq Wasi modules. The R.N.E. norm EM. 110 provides information on the procedure used to find the thermal transmittances in walls, roofs and floors. For the present investigation, we chose the houses and both types of houses to make data collection, measurements and survey to contrast with the plans that were later provided by the Ministry of Housing; also, a modeling was made in the program Autodesk Revit 2023, then we placed the data of thickness, quantity, perimeter and coefficient of thermal transmittance in the tables provided by the R. N.E. norm EM. 110, in order to obtain the final thermal transmittance of walls, roofs and floors for each Sumaq Wasi module of adobe with plug area and double brick wall with insulation. It was concluded that both Sumaq Wasi housing modules comply with the maximum limits of the R.N.E. standard EM. 110 with the exception of the envelope type 4A, 4B and 4C of the double brick wall module with insulation. In the case of the adobe module with plugged area its transmittances are in the envelope type 1A is 1.658 W/m 2 K, in 3A is 0.928 W/m 2 K and in 4A is 0.555 W/m 2 K, and in the double brick wall module with insulation in type 1A is 1.813 2 W/m K, in 3A is 0.926 W/m 2 K and in 4A is 3.417 w/m2k, corroborating that the double brick wall module with insulation complies with the maximum limits of the standard in walls and ceilings, but not in floors.
