Reubicación y distribución de planta de la empresa bodegas emperador Cusco, 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada “Reubicación y distribución de planta de la empresa Bodegas Emperador Cusco, 2022” tiene por objetivo principal realizar una reubicación y distribución de planta para lo cual utilizó la investigación aplicada de alcance descriptivo, empleando el método analítico- sintético de diseño no experimental – transeccional y enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo, el cual llegó a mostrar los siguientes resultados: en ingeniera del proyecto se realizó una descripción de las tecnologías existentes y se realizó un diseño de los procesos de producción de vinos y espumantes, se determinó las características de las instalaciones y equipos para la planta, asimismo, se realizó la localización de planta para la reubicación y distribución de la nueva planta de vino y espumantes de la empresa Bodegas Emperador Cusco, por tanto, finalmente se llegó a determinar la nueva ubicación de planta, donde se determinó la zona de Alto Qosqo, con una extensión adecuadas de 2500 m2 para la planta de la empresa. Se describieron las características físicas del proyecto, donde el tipo de distribución de la planta será en U, adicionalmente, las áreas de esta nueva planta serán el área de seguridad y desinfección, caseta de seguridad, área de carga y descarga, área de producción, área de control de calidad 1 y 2, almacén de materias primas, almacén de vinos y espumantes, almacén de botellas, SS.HH, Oficina Área administrativa, Área de Degustación y Área de estacionamiento.

method of design not experimental - transactional and quantitative and qualitative approach, which came to show the following results: in project engineering, a description of the existing technologies was made and a design of the wine and sparkling wine production processes was made, the characteristics of the the facilities and equipment for the plant, likewise, the location of the plant for the relocation and distribution of the new wine and sparkling wine plant of the Bodegas Emperador Cusco company was carried out, therefore, the new location of the plant was finally determined, where the area of Alto Qosqo was determined, with an adequate extension of 2500 m2 for the company plant. The physical characteristics of the project were described, where the type of distribution of the plant will be in U, additionally, the areas of this new plant will be the security area, loading and unloading area, production area, quality control 1 and 2, raw material warehouse, wine and sparkling wine warehouse, bottle warehouse, SS.HH, Administrative Area Office, Tasting Area and Parking Area.
