Relación entre los partos verticales y desgarros perineales en pacientes atendidas en el Centro de Salud de Belenpampa, enero a junio – 2018.

Abstract

RELACIÓN ENTRE PARTOS VERTICALES Y DESGARROS PERINEALES EN PACIENTES ATENDIDAS EN EL CENTRO DE SALUD DE BELENPAMPA, ENERO A JUNIO - 2018. El objetivo es establecer la relación que existe entre los partos verticales y los desgarros perineales en pacientes atendidas en el (Centro de Salud de Belenpampa de enero a junio del 2018), investigación de tipo analítico correlacionar, de diseño no experimental, corte transversal, con una muestra de 178 pacientes. Resultados: Las características maternas y fetales de la población de estudio son: 80% entre las edades de 20 a 34 años de edad, el 70% de mujeres que presentaron desgarros fue en multíparas, 67% de las pacientes con desgarro presentaron anemia leve, de las pacientes que presentaron desgarros el 81% de sus recién nacidos fueron de peso adecuado. En relación a las diferentes posiciones de parto vertical 48% se presenta posición de cuclillas variedad posterior, de todos los partos verticales el 58% presentan desgarros perineales de los cuales el 72% presentan desgarros de primer grado, 23% desgarros de segundo grado. Se determinó que existe relación significativa entre los partos verticales y los desgarros perineales en tres de sus posiciones, la variedad de cuclillas anterior, variedad de cuclillas posterior y posición sentada semi sentada por tener un valor estadísticamente significativo donde P<0,05 lo cual afirma la relación entre las variables, mas no así en sus otras dos variedades de posición como son la variedad de rodillas y posición variedad de cuatro donde el valor de P> 0.05 lo cual indica que son variables independientes.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PERINEAL TEARS AND VERTICAL PARTS IN PATIENTS SERVED AT THE CENTER OF HEALTH OF BELENPAMPA, JANUARYTOJUNE-2018 018. The present study whose objective is to determine the relationship between perineal tears and vertical deliveries in patients attended at the Belenpampa Health Center from January to June 2018, correlational analytical type research, non-experimental design, cross section, with a sample of 60 patients. Results: The maternal and fetal characteristics of the study population are: 80% between the ages of 20 to 34 years of age, 70% of women who presented tears were in multiparous, 67% of the patients with tear presented mild anemia, of the patients who presented tears 81% of their newborns were of adequate weight. It was determined that there is a significant relationship between perineal tears and vertical delivery in three of its position varieties such as the anterior squat variety, posterior squat variety and semi-sitting sitting position, having a statistically significant value where P <0.05 which affirms the relationship between the variables, but not in its other two varieties of position such as the variety of knees and position of four, where the value of p is greater than 0.05, which indicates that they are independent variables.
