Defensa jurídica de la mujer en época de Covid-19 en los juzgados de “Violencia familiar” de la ciudad del Cusco 2020-2021

Abstract

La investigación tiene como finalidad analizar la defensa jurídica de la mujer en época de Covid-19 en los juzgados de “Violencia familiar” de la ciudad del Cusco 2020-2021. De enfoque cuantitativo; por ende, se empleó técnicas y herramientas estadísticas para procesar los datos correspondientes. El diseño es descriptivo; el método utilizado es el descriptivo. Como muestra de estudio se tiene a 110 mujeres cusqueñas. Como instrumento para la recolección de datos se empleó la encuesta. Como resultado tenemos que el 66% de las encuestadas indican que no se cumple con la defensa jurídica de la mujer en época de COVID-19. Las conclusiones afirman que existe dos importantes normas que protegen a la mujer que sufre violencia, la Ley Nro. 30364 y el Decreto Legislativo Nro. 1470 y se demostró a inicios de la época de COVID-19 que por más que existe servicios especiales para la atención de personas que sufren violencia, no se informó a tiempo, ni se garantizó la atención a mujeres que sufren violencia debido al confinamiento a nivel nacional.

The research aims to analyze the legal defense of women in the time of Covid-19 in the courts of "Family Violence" of the city of Cusco 2020-2021. With a quantitative approach, therefore, statistical techniques and tools were used to process the corresponding data. The design is descriptive; the method used is the descriptive one. As a study sample there are 110 women from Cusco. The survey was used as an instrument for data collection. As a result, we have that 66% of the respondents indicate that the legal defense of women is not fulfilled in the time of COVID-19. The conclusions affirm that there are two important norms that protect women who suffer violence, Law No. 30364 and Legislative Decree No. 1470 and it was demonstrated at the beginning of the COVID-19 era that even though there are special services for the care of people who suffer violence, it was not reported on time, nor was care guaranteed to women who suffer violence due to confinement at the national level
