Implementación del programa de seguridad basada en el comportamiento y su efecto en los Indicadores del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en la empresa INCA RAIL S.A. - 2021

Abstract

El presente estudio titulado “Implementación del Programa de Seguridad Basada en el Comportamiento y su efecto en los Indicadores del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en la empresa INCA RAIL S.A. - 2021”, tuvo como objetivo determinar el efecto de la implementación del Programa de Seguridad Basada en el Comportamiento en los indicadores del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en la empresa INCA RAIL S.A. - 2021. El tipo de indagación fue aplicada, de nivel explicativo, diseño pre experimental – de corte longitudinal, aplicando el método hipotético-deductivo; la muestra estuvo compuesta por 43 personales el área de operaciones y área de operaciones ferroviarias y seguridad operativa de la empresa INCA RAIL S.A., la información se obtuvo a través del Check List de observación de conductas seguras e inseguras, Cuestionario de Cultura de Seguridad y reporte de incidencias. Cuyos resultados mostraron que la ejecución del Programa de Seguridad Basada en el Comportamiento tuvo un efecto significativo en el indicador de frecuencia, severidad y accidentabilidad, al mostrar valores T de Student significativos para las diferencias antes y después de la implementación. Concluyendo que la implementación del Programa de Seguridad Basada en el Comportamiento tuvo un efecto trascendental en los indicadores del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en la organización INCA RAIL S.A.

The present study entitled "Implementation of the Behavior-Based Safety Program and its effect on the Indicators of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in the company INCA RAIL S.A. - 2021”, aimed to determine the effect of the implementation of the Behavior-Based Safety Program on the indicators of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in the company INCA RAIL S.A. - 2021. The type of inquiry was applied, explanatory level, pre-experimental design - longitudinal cut, applying the hypothetical-deductive method; The sample consisted of 43 personnel from the operations area and railway operations and operational safety area of the company INCA RAIL S.A., the information was obtained through the Check List of observation of safe and unsafe behaviors, Safety Culture Questionnaire and report of incidents. Whose results showed that the execution of the Behavior-Based Safety Program had a significant effect on the indicator of frequency, severity and accident rate, showing significant Student's T values for the differences before and after implementation. Concluding that the implementation of the Behavior-Based Safety Program had a transcendental effect on the indicators of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in the organization INCA RAIL S.A.
