The constant evolution of the materials has made possible the achievement of a better handling and shortening in the procedures in the restoration techniques, with the appearance of the bulk type resins, the surface hardness is a property that can determine a quality standard of these materials. OBJECTIVE: Compare the surface hardness of the three bulk-fill resins (tetric n-ceram bulk fill ivoclar vivadent, filtek® bulk fill of 3m, sonicfill ™ 2 of kerr) for dental use. METHODOLOGY. The purpose of this study was to compare the surface hardness in composite bulk-fill resins applied in a single block. Cusco, 2018. The tell-tale of the research corresponded to an experimental, prospective, cross-sectional, descriptive study. For which 75 blocks of cylinders of 4mm diameter and length were used where they were separated into 3 groups of 25 according to the mark that corresponded to them the first group was labeled from sample 1-25 with te tetric resin n-ceram bulk fill ivoclar vivadent, 26-50 resin filtek® bulk fill of 3m and 51-75 resin sonicfill ™ 2 of kerr. The samples were polished after 24 hours and stored in physiological saline and then placed in the durometer and made the indentations with a force of 62.5 kgf using the brinell system. The analysis of the results showed that the bulk resin sonicfill ™ 2 kerr resins presented lower values to the surface hardness, statistically significant differences when comparing the 3 bulk-fill tupo resins.
