Abstract: El presente trabajo tiene el propósito de presentar un mapa de “Zonificación Geotécnica del
Casco Monumental del Distrito de Yanaoca - Provincia de Canas- Cusco”, delimitando zonas
de características geotécnicas y propiedades mecánicas del suelo.
Se realizó una revisión del contexto geológico sobre el cual se ubica el área estudiado, luego
se obtuvo los resultados de la investigación geotécnica, teniendo en cuenta la información
realizada en este estudio. El procesamiento de la información geotécnica se ejecutó en forma
estadística. Finalmente, se indica la “Zonificación Geotécnica del Casco Monumental del
Distrito de Yanaoca - Provincia de Canas- Cusco”se divide en dos zonas a nivel superficial,
intermedio y de cimentación. También se muestra el mapa de la zona, donde se indica las
características del suelo de la Zona de estudio.
En este documento se realizó descripción, de los conceptos fundamentales que se deben
tener, para comprender los fenómenos que afectan a la masa de suelo y de las medidas
orientadas a reducir los efectos negativos de la zona de estudio.
The present work has the purpose of presenting a map of “Geotechnical Zoning of the Monumental Helmet of the District of Yanaoca - Province of Canas-Cusco”, delimiting areas of geotechnical characteristics at surface, intermediate and subsoil levels of the sector for surface foundation purposes, as well as well as indicate the critical and habitable condition. First, a review of the geological context on which the studied area is located was carried out, then the results of the geotechnical investigation were obtained, taking into account the information made in this study. The processing of geotechnical information was executed statistically. Finally, the “Geotechnical Zoning of the Monumental Town of the District of Yanaoca - Province of Canas - Cusco” is divided into two areas at the surface, intermediate and foundation level. The map of the area is also shown, indicating the soil characteristics of the Study Area. In this document, a description was made of the fundamental concepts that must be taken to understand the phenomena that affect the soil mass and the measures aimed at reducing the negative effects of the study area.
