This research work exposes the motivational factors of teacher performance with the use of information and communication technologies and the relationship that exists with the level of digital literacy in the teachers of the Universidad Andina del Cusco in 2016. cording to information published on the website of the Universidad Andina del Cusco on January 14, 2016, there is a teaching staff of 410 undergraduate teachers between appointed and hired; then a sample of 204 teachers taken with a simple randomness is considered, since it has the general list of teachers, who were selected by lot, regardless of sex or school to which they belong, two questionnaires were applied to evaluate the two variables of study through a web page to the whole insured teaching community that 100% of our sample answers the instrument. The results of the research work show that there is a greater tendency in the motivational factors in the low and medium levels, and in the variable of digital literacy we have a tendency in the middle level, with this information we can apply strategies to train teachers according to the areas of performance and teach the tools they need according to the level in which they are, in this way the technology will stop being a gap between the teacher and the students.
