El sistema nacional de control y las acciones regulares existentes en el área de logística de la municipalidad provincial del Cusco, período 2016.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación intitulado: “EL SISTEMA NACIONAL DE CONTROL Y LAS ACCIONES IRREGULARES EXISTENTES EN EL ÁREA DE LOGÍSTICA DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DEL CUSCO, PERIODO 2016” tiene por objetivo dar a conocer si existen acciones irregulares y el rol que desempeña el Sistema Nacional de Control en la disminución de estas acciones irregulares dentro de la Municipalidad Provincial del Cusco, centrándonos en la oficina de Logística de la Municipalidad en el período 2016. La hipótesis general nos da a conocer que el Sistema Nacional de Control desempeña un papel importante que ayuda a disminuir las acciones irregulares que podemos encontrar en el desarrollo de las actividades dentro de la Oficina de Logística de la Municipalidad Provincial del Cusco. En el desarrollo de la investigación se ha aplicado un enfoque cuantitativo, ya que podemos contrastar la información objetiva que nos brindará la entidad con la hipótesis descriptiva de la presente investigación, cuyo diseño es No experimental, ya que la intervención a los sujetos de estudio se realizará una sola vez y en un solo período. La tesis compuesta de cinco capítulos: el capítulo I, esta referido a la descripción de la realidad problemática, formulación, planteamiento de los objetivos general y específico y justificación. El capítulo II, el marco teórico, en donde se desarrollan conceptos referidos a las teorías, las hipótesis y las variables. El capítulo III, diseño metodológico, técnicas de recolección de datos población y muestra. El capítulo IV, resultados, producto del procesamiento de datos, con las correspondientes tablas y gráficos. Capítulo V; discusión, donde se contrastan las teorías con los resultados obtenidos. Finalmente se concluye que los órganos que conforman el Sistema Nacional de Control perciben de manera parcial, un factor en la prevención de acciones irregulares existentes en el Área de Logística de la Municipalidad provincial del Cusco, ya que el personal que labora en dicha entidad menciona que su contribución es mínima con respecto a la reducción de acciones irregulares.

The present investigation work entitled: “THE NATIONAL SYSTEM OF CONTROL AND THE EXISTING IRREGULAR ACTIONS IN THE AREA OF LOGISTICS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CUSCO, PERIOD 2016“ aims to make known if there are irregular actions and the role played by the National System Control in the decrease of these irregular actions within the Provincial Municipality of Cusco, focusing on the Logistics Office of the Municipality in the 2016 period. The general hypothesis informs us that the National System of Control plays an important role that helps to diminish the irregular actions that we can find in the development of activities within the Logistics Office of the Provincial Municipality of Cusco. In the development of the research a quantitative approach has been applied, since we can contrast the objective information that the entity will offer us with the descriptive hypothesis of the present investigation, whose design is non-experimental, since the intervention to the study subjects is will be done only once and in a single period. The thesis composed of five chapters: chapter I, is referred to the description of the problematic reality, formulation, general and specific objectives and justification. Chapter II, the theoretical framework, where concepts related to theories, hypotheses and variables are developed. Chapter III, methodological design, population and sample data collection techniques. Chapter IV, results, product of data processing, with the corresponding tables and graphs. Chapter V; discussion, where the theories are contrasted with the results obtained. Finally, it is concluded that the organs that make up the National Control System partially perceive a factor in the prevention of irregular actions in the Logistics Area of the Provincial Municipality of Cusco, since the personnel working in said entity mention that his contribution is minimal with respect to the reduction of irregular actions.
