Relación de la actividad turística y la conservación de recursos turísticos naturales de la ruta Ausangate –Vinincunca, Cusco en el 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación se titula “Relación de la actividad turística y la conservación de recursos turísticos naturales de la ruta Ausangate – Vinincunca, Cusco en el 2020”. Teniendo en cuenta que las actividades de trekking son de interés para diferentes nichos del turismo y que la ruta de Ausangate Vinincunca tiene potencial para la práctica de estas actividades, sin embargo, las principales falencias de esta ruta son la poca formalidad con la que se ofrece y la falta de servicios en el trayecto, que a su vez influyen en la conservación de sus diferentes recursos turísticos naturales. Se tiene como objetivo principal determinar la relación que existe entre la actividad turística y la conservación de los recursos turísticos naturales de la ruta Ausangate Vinincunca, lo que nos permitirá entender qué medidas tomar para que esta relación sea positiva. Se planteó la hipótesis que indica que hay una relación significativa entre la actividad turística y la conservación de recursos turísticos naturales. La metodología manejada para el desarrollo de esta tesis fue de nivel correlacional, con un enfoque cuantitativo y de diseño no experimental. Se obtuvieron datos de la ruta Ausangate Vinincunca por información brindada por parte de empresas turísticas que desarrollan sus actividades en esta ruta, con el fin de poder conocer la situación en la que se encuentra. Para ello, se hizo una encuesta a las personas que brindan sus servicios turísticos, siendo un total de 64 personas que trabajan en esta ruta. Se determinó que con respecto a la actividad turística se practica de una manera poco formal con medidas básicas para que haya un orden en las actividades que se realizan, pero que no son suficientes para el desarrollo de un turismo sostenible. En cuanto a lo que es la conservación de los recursos turísticos naturales se pudo conocer que si bien hay medidas que se toman para la conservación, estas son poco productivas y no permiten un manejo sustentable de sus recursos turísticos naturales. Se pudo concluir que hay una relación significativa entre la actividad turística y la conservación de los recursos turísticos naturales. Por ello es importante tomar medidas de protección para el desarrollo de un turismo sostenible y realizar trabajos de capacitación y concientización para quienes realizan sus actividades turísticas en esta ruta con el fin de que puedan trabajar en esta ruta de manera responsable y buscando la sostenibilidad.

This research is entitled “Relationship of tourist activity and the conservation of natural tourist resources of the Ausangate - Vinincunca route, Cusco in 2020“. Considering that trekking activities are of interest to different tourism niches and that the Ausangate Vinincunca route has the potential to practice these activities, however, the main shortcomings of this route are the lack of formality with which it is offered and the lack of services along the way, this influence the conservation of its different natural tourist resources. The main objective is to determine the relationship between tourist activity and the conservation of natural tourist resources on the Ausangate Vinincunca route, which will allow us to understand what measures to take to make this relationship positive. A general hypothesis was proposed that indicates that there is a significant relationship between tourism activity and the conservation of natural tourism resources. The methodology used for the development of this thesis is correlational level, with a quantitative approach and a nonexperimental design.

Data of the Ausangate Vinincunca route were obtained by information provided by different

tourist companies that carry out their activities on this route, in order to be able to know the

situation in which it is found. To do this, a survey was conducted to people who provide their

tourist services, with 64 people that work in the route. It was determined that regarding the

tourist activity it is practiced in a non-formal way with basic measures so that there is an

order in the activities that are carried out, but that are not sufficient for the development of

sustainable tourism. Regarding what is the conservation of natural tourism resources, it was

learned that although there are measures taken for conservation, these are not very productive

and do not allow sustainable management of their natural tourism resources.

It could be concluded that there is a significant relationship between tourism activity and the

conservation of natural tourism resources. For this reason, it is important to take protection

measures for the development of sustainable tourism and carry out training and awareness

work for those who carry out their tourist activities on this route so that they can work on this

route in a responsible manner and seeking sustainability.
