Comportamiento organizacional en la Dirección Regional de Producción Cusco - 2016.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación ha sido desarrollado en la Dirección Regional de Producción Cusco ubicada en la Plaza Túpac Amaru N-114 que tuvo como principal objetivo el describir el Comportamiento Organizacional en la institución. El tipo de investigación realizado fue básico, de diseño no experimental y nivel descriptivo; la población de estudio estuvo conformada por 38 colaboradores de la institución, a los cuales la técnica empleada fue la encuesta que se aplicó mediante el cuestionario al total de con la finalidad de recolectar información y procesándola mediante los programas de Excel y SPSS donde se obtuvo el resultado de Comportamiento Organizacional en un nivel regular con un promedio de 2.84 en cuanto a las dimensiones como las actitudes que alcanzó un nivel malo con un promedio de 2.50, la motivación que alcanzó un nivel malo con un promedio de 2.56, los equipos de trabajo que alcanzó un nivel regular con un promedio 2.97, el liderazgo que alcanzó un nivel bueno con un promedio 3.53, la comunicación que alcanzó un nivel malo con un promedio 2.48, y el conflicto que alcanzó un nivel regular con un promedio 3.01.

The present research work was developed in the Regional Production Management of Cusco, located in Tupac Amaru square N-114 that had as main objective to describe the Organizational Behavior in the mentioned institution. The type of research was basic, non-experimental design and descriptive level; Where the study population is conformed by 38 collaborators of the institution, through which the technique of the survey the instrument applied was a questionnaire, with the purpose of collecting information and processing it through the programs of Excel and SPSS where the result of Organizational Behavior was obtained on a regular level with an average of 2.84 in terms of dimensions such as attitudes reached a bad level with an average of 2.50, the motivation that reached a bad level with an average of 2.56, the Work teams that reached a regular level with an average of 2.97, the leadership that reached a good level with an average of 3.53, communication that reached a bad level with an average of 2.48, and conflict that reached a regular level with an average of 3.01.
