Natural phenomena cause anomalies which are expressed in the climate, whether by means of winds, rains, temperature, etc. The alteration in the flows generated for the last 30 years with the presence of the El Niño and La Niña phenomena is a product of the variation in precipitation due to these phenomena. The Lutz Scholz and Hec-Hms hydrological models and the Rational Modified Method provide us with data on the monthly flows and maximum flows, in the presence of the aforementioned phenomena and their variations over the last years, with the results of the monthly flows (Lutz Scholz), we will evaluate the water availability and with the maximum flows we will evaluate the most important structure that is the Asmayacu bridge, which is our point of interest in the Asmayacu basin, we will also evaluate the most critical bridge that reaches the river, which Already caused an overflow and flood in the town of Pisonaypata. .The maximum flows generated are 19.9m3 / sec. 24.0m3 / sec. 30.7m3 / sec and 32.9m3 / sec for return periods of 50, 100, 348 and 500 years respectively indicate that the river would overflow in two vulnerable zones, punctually these zones are in the progressive 0 + 200 (side of the village of Pisonaypata ) And in the progressive 0 + 800 upstream (areas of cultivation) where it was already already overrun in 2012, having a riverine defense with gabion walls at 300 meters from the bridge along the river.
