The present research work with the title "Working Capital Management and Profitability in the construction company Arquianden S.A.C., Cusco, period 2019", has as a main objective to describe the working capital management and profitability within the construction company. The methodology is descriptive in scope, because it proceeds to describe the research variables and has a non-experimental design, since the study variables are not subjected to any procedure or experiment and is cross-sectional, because the information is collected at a single point in time. The population and sample is made up of the company's data and 3 employees of the company Arquianden S.A.C. The data collection techniques are documentary analysis and questionnaires. The results obtained show us the components of the assets and current liabilities, and it is determined that the working capital is negative, given that the current assets are lower than the current liabilities, likewise the profitability does not meet the expectations of the investors. The main conclusions reached are that the working capital is negative, however it does not interfere in the operations carried out, since its main financing is through credits from suppliers and when analysing the main profitability indicators which are ROA and ROE, these do not exceed the expectations of the shareholders, since they cannot generate greater value either in assets or with the company's own funds, evidencing a deficient management. The main recommendations put forward are that current assets should be increased, seeking good collection and payment policies, with better inventory control to obtain greater liquidity.
