The present research work takes its body against the current application of our registration legal system that has been a social legal problem, directly affecting property and the general population, thus choosing to raise both constituent and declaratory registration systems in order to analyze and compare both registration systems and see which to provide greater legal certainty, in real estate transfer processes in Peru. In Chapter I, Methodological Aspects of the Problem.
