Estudio del turismo escolar en colegios de la ciudad del Cusco en la ruta a Machu Picchu, operado por la agencia de viajes Amazing South America, en el año 2019

Abstract

La agencia de viajes Amazing South América. viene trabajando en la ciudad de Cusco con turismo escolar, siendo ellos los que nos proporcionaron los datos necesarios para realizar esta investigación, donde se observó que para efectuar un viaje a Machu Picchu con escolares tienen que realizar distintas reservas y tramites. Este estudio descriptivo surge para poder describir el turismo escolar en los colegios de la ciudad del Cusco en la ruta a Machu Picchu operado por la agencia de viajes Amazing South América en el año 2019. Que ayuda en la tarea educativa, además permite a los escolares a tener la posibilidad de conocer la diversidad geográfica y la herencia cultural que dejaron nuestros antepasados logrando en los escolares de distintos niveles de educación a generar en ellos conciencia de los recursos culturales y ecológicos de todos los lugares que visitan durante su recorrido, dejando constancia de una amplia bibliografía que avala nuestra investigación. Para desarrollar este tipo de turismo es necesario contar con una infraestructura básica turística y con el apoyo de la institución pública del gobierno que regulan las distintas actividades turísticas de esta zona; al realizar esta actividad turística los estudiantes plasman en sí gratas experiencias teniendo contacto con otros tipos de turismo que existe en Machu Picchu, haciendo uso de servicios turísticos y generando una conciencia turística desde tempana edad. Se ha encuestado a los profesores que viajaron el año 2019 con la agencia de viajes Amazing South América y se obtuvo que el turismo escolar es regular, consideran que el servicio de tren local que brinda la empresa ferroviaria Perurail, no brinda un trato cordial a los usuarios y no considera apropiado el horario de ingreso a delegaciones escolares que la Dirección Desconcentrada de Cultura estableció para colegios.

That helps in the educational task, also allows schoolchildren to have the possibility of knowing the geographical diversity and cultural heritage left by our ancestors, achieving in schoolchildren of different levels of education to generate in them awareness of the cultural and ecological resources of all the places they visit during their journey, leaving a record of an extensive bibliography that supports our research. To develop this type of tourism, it is necessary to have a basic tourist infrastructure and the support of the public government institution that regulates the different tourist activities in this area; When carrying out this tourist activity, the students capture in themselves pleasant experiences having contact with other types of tourism that exist in Machu Picchu, making use of tourist services and generating a tourist awareness from an early age. The teachers who traveled in 2019 with the Amazing South America travel agency have been surveyed and it was found that school tourism is regular, they consider that the local train service provided by the Perurail railway company does not provide a cordial treatment to the users and does not consider appropriate the time of entry to school delegations that the Decentralized Directorate of Culture established for schools.
