Abstract

Factores de riesgo influyentes en infecciones de heridas quirúrgicas post cesárea en usuarias del Hospital Antonio Lorena Cusco, 2015 - 2017. Estudio donde el objetivo es identificar los factores de riesgo influyentes en infecciones de herida quirúrgica post cesárea en usuarias del Hospital Antonio Lorena Cusco, durante los años 2015 a 2017, investigación de casos y controles que implica le estudio de dos poblaciones, una con el diagnóstico de infecciones de heridas quirúrgicas post cesárea y otra sin infecciones de heridas quirúrgicas post cesárea, de corte transversal, cuantitativa, correlacional debido a que las variables se analizaron para ver si existe o no factores de riesgo influyente en infecciones de heridas operatorias, estudio retrospectivo. Resultados: El factor de riesgo demográfico influyentes en infecciones de herida quirúrgica post cesárea en usuarias, es la edad menor de 18 y mayor de 35 años; los factores de riesgo gíneco obstétricos influyentes en infecciones de herida quirúrgica post cesárea en usuarias son las gestaciones de 3 a más y el sobrepeso u obesidad; los factores de riesgo en la cirugía influyentes en infecciones de herida quirúrgica post cesárea en usuarias son el tipo de cesárea de emergencia y tiempo de cirugía.
