The present research work addresses the national and global conjunctural issue of the current pandemic that we live in this context.The present research work makes an analysis of the influence of the COVID-19 health protocols on the real yields and productivity of the workforce in the items of reinforced concrete in the work “Mejoramiento y ampliación de los servicios educativos de la Institución Educativa Integrada N°277-21 y 54177 El Buen Pastor de Talavera - Andahuaylas - Apurímac”, módulo III. The Purpose of this study resides in the impact of the implementation of the COVID-19 sanitary protocols, in the productivity and performance of the workforce of execution of games, therefore, this study will provide an analysis of the influence of the protocols COVID-19 sanitary ware within the framework of the restart of the works approved in Supreme Decree No. 080-2020-PCM. The methodology covered in this study has a quantitative approach of the descriptive, correlational and exploratory type, whose methodological design is non-experimental with a cross-sectional nature. The results obtained with respect to average productivity are: Productive work 41.37%, Contributory work 46.44% and Non-Contributory work 12.19%. It can also be pointed out that the incorporation of the COVID-19 health protocols had a negative influence on the performance of the workforce, showing lower performance compared to the performance before the pandemic. Likewise, the study obtained as a result a general productivity of 41.44% during the pandemic, in normal conditions this productivity according to our referents has an average of 52.65%, showing a loss of 11.21%.
