Descriptive, retrospective, quantitative approach, no experimental design, cross-section, which aims to determine the clinical and therapeutic management of ectopic pregnancy in patients of Cusco Regional Hospital 2010-2015 Results: The demographic and obstetric characteristics of patients with the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in Cusco Regional Hospital 2010-2015 are: 19-34 years, mean 33 + 1, 26 fashion, high school degree, common law marriage, occupation housewife, an average of one to two births, the average is 1 + 1, fashion 2, with a history of pelvic inflammatory disease; regarding the clinical management of signs and symptoms were vaginal bleeding, pelvic pain, gestational age 5 to 10 weeks; vital signs on admission to 100% blood pressure and pulse; diagnostic tests are 100% ultrasounds, and blood count, type of ectopic pregnancy was diagnosed Tubal; the complicated ectopic pregnancy was presented in 2010, 23%, which was progressively declining, however 2015 is resubmitted by 9%; the therapeutic management of ectopic pregnancy in patients Cusco Regional Hospital 2010-2015 is surgical laparotomy 92% to 99%, laparoscopy 1% to 5%, methotrexate 1% to 5%, 100% received antibiotic therapy as well as analgesics, transfusion blood 6% to 10%, spinal anesthesia was 92% to 98% and a minor general anesthesia 2% to 8% especially in patients with complicated ectopic pregnancy.
