Abstract: El principal objetivo de esta investigación ha sido describir la relación entre el Empowerment
y Compromiso Organizacional en la Empresa Pacific Security SAC, ubicada en Cusco. La
empresa enfrenta actualmente el reto del bajo compromiso organizacional de su personal. La
investigación adoptó un nivel correlacional con un enfoque que era cuantitativo y con un diseño
que era no experimental. La población de estudio lo conformó 243 colaboradores, con un
tamaño de muestra de 150 colaboradores. Los datos fueron recolectados mediante la técnica de
la encuesta. Los resultados de Pacific Security SAC afirman la hipótesis general, indicando una
relación estadística significativa entre el Empowerment y el Compromiso Organizacional. con
un coeficiente de correlación de p=0,000. Donde la correlación de Spearman arrojó un
coeficiente de 0,593, indicando una correlación significativa entre la variable Empowerment y
el compromiso organizativo. Esto sugiere que factores como el poder, la motivación, el
liderazgo y el desarrollo se relacionan positivamente en esta relación. Los colaboradores
perciben estas variables como elementos clave que contribuyen a elevar los niveles de
compromiso organizativo debido a sus asociaciones positivas.
The main objective of this research has been to describe the relationship between Empowerment and Organizational Commitment in the company Pacific Security SAC, located in Cusco. The company is currently facing the challenge of low organizational commitment of its staff. The research adopted a correlational level with a quantitative approach and a non- experimental design. The study population consisted of 243 employees, with a sample size of 150 employees. The data were collected through the survey technique. The results of Pacific Security SAC affirm the general hypothesis, indicating a statistically significant relationship between Empowerment and Organizational Commitment, with a correlation coefficient of p=0.000. Where Spearman's correlation yielded a coefficient of 0.593, indicating a significant correlation between the variable Empowerment and organizational commitment. This suggests that factors such as power, motivation, leadership, and development are positively related in this relationship. Employees perceive these variables as key elements that contribute to higher levels of organizational commitment due to their positive associations.
