This research is titled “Comparative Analysis of Legislation based on gender ideology and its impact on society from 2018 to 2019”. The purpose of this research was to determine, analyze and compare whether legislating based on gender ideology has a positive or negative impact on society - period 2018 – 2019 The methodology to be followed in this research was a qualitative documentary and field approach. It was postulated as a general hypothesis: Legislation based on gender ideology, generates negative impacts on society. Legislation based on gender ideology has a negative impact on society, since by legislating based on ideological concepts, it is legislating not based on realities but based on a way of seeing reality (ideology) which, not being a real cause, makes any type of legislation taken from this point of view negative, since it directly affects individual liberties and rights enshrined in the constitution, such as freedom of expression, freedom of choice, or rights to presumption of ignorance or the right to defense in general. The recommendation is that in order to attack a social problem, go to a real identification of the causes that produce it and not go to the facilitation of easy answers based on ideology, this will allow effective public policies and laws that will actually solve the problems in favor of social peace and the common welfare of society.
