Objective: To determine the prevalence of pathological findings in Panoramic Radiographs of the patients of the Luis Vallejos Santoni Clinic during the period 2015-2016. Materials and Methods: The study was quantitative non-experimental, descriptive, retrospective, and observational. 146 panoramic radiographs were examined, the analysis was performed in a period of 4 radiographs for every 30 minutes, with 15 minutes of rest between each review and an approximate of 2 hours per day. When analyzing each radiograph, the absence or presence of compatible images with pathological findings was determined; these can be cystic and tumor lesions, y/o dental anomalies. Results.- Of the 146 panoramic radiographs, the following can be seen: - 4 cases were compatible with supernumerary teeth in 5.8%. - 11 cases were compatible with a microdontia in 14.9%; distributed as follows: female sex with 7 cases (9.1%), male sex with 4 cases (5.8%). - 4 cases were compatible with a periapical granuloma in 5.5%, distributed as follows: female sex with 2 cases (2.6%), male sex with 2 cases (2.9%). - 5 cases were compatible with a periapical cyst in 6.8%, distributed as follows: male sex 2 cases (2.9%), female sex 3 cases (3.9%). - 23 cases were compatible with a crowding in 31.8%, distributed as follows: male sex 13 cases (18.8%), female sex 10 cases (13.0%). - 42 cases were compatible with giroversion in 57.4%, distributed as follows: 23 cases (29.9%) female sex, male sex with 19 cases (27.5%). - 6 cases were compatible with a canine retained at 8.5%; distributed as follows: 5 cases (7.2%) in the male sex and 1 case (1.3%) in the female sex. - 76 were compatible with retained lower third molars, distributed as follows: 38 cases (55.1%) corresponding to the male sex and 38 cases (49.4%) corresponding to the female sex. - 14 helmets were compatible with a root resorption in 19.1%, distributed as follows: 6 cases (8.7%) for the male sex and 8 cases (10.4%) for the female sex.
