The impact it has caused on tourists is weak in terms of awareness. The main objective is to analyze the awareness, identity of the Peru Brand, and the impact on tourists upon arriving in the city of Cusco. The study methodology is descriptive with two variables, with a quantitative approach, non- experimental design, having an average sample population consisting of 100 residents who were surveyed through a questionnaire. The conclusion obtained is that the level of awareness of the Peru Brand is 46%, indicating that maximum dissemination is not being achieved nationally and internationally. Meanwhile, the impact with tourists was 50%, as the majority were Peruvian. It was also identified that 56% of our products are good due to the high quality offered to tourists, while 65% of services resulted in poor quality due to companies' inability to resolve problems encountered by some tourists.
