Determinantes de la participación de la mujer en la estructura empresarial de la provincia del Cusco, 2015-2019

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal conocer si las competencias de las emprendedoras, las condiciones financieras de los emprendimientos y la motivación de emprendimiento son determinantes de la participación de la mujer en la estructura empresarial de la provincia del Cusco, en una muestra de 96 encuestadas caracterizadas como persona con negocio y persona natural con negocio según su inscripción en el RUC al 2019. La investigación es de tipo descriptiva correlacional de enfoque cuantitativo. Los resultados del estudio demuestran la hipótesis general y las hipótesis específicas con una influencia significativa de las competencias de las emprendedoras y las condiciones financieras de los emprendimientos además se demuestra que no existe la influencia de la motivación de emprendimiento sobre la participación de la mujer en la estructura empresarial de la provincia del Cusco. Se concluye que las capacidades de las emprendedoras demuestran su vital importancia como un aspecto fundamental al momento de formar parte de la estructura empresarial de la provincia del Cusco, ya que una mayor capacidad adquirida predispone dicha elección, asimismo las condiciones financieras del emprendimiento tales como el capital invertido inicialmente también es una razón significativa al momento en que una mujer de este grupo de estudio decidió además de emprender y liderar su propio negocio formar parte de la estructura empresarial de la provincia del Cusco, finalmente se obtuvo que la motivación del emprendimiento no determina la elección de la mujer para formar parte de la estructura empresarial de la provincia del Cusco dada la diversidad de los motivos de emprendimiento.

The main objective of this research is to know if the competences of the entrepreneurs, the financial conditions of the ventures and the motivation of entrepreneurship are determinants of the participation of women in the business structure of the province of Cusco, in a sample of 96 respondents characterized as a person with a business and a natural person with a business according to their registration in the RUC as of 2019. The research is of a descriptive correlational type with a quantitative approach. The results of the study demonstrate the general hypothesis and the specific hypotheses with a significant influence of the competences of the entrepreneurs and the financial conditions of the ventures, it is also shown that there is no influence of the entrepreneurial motivation on the participation of women in the business structure of the province of Cusco. It is concluded that the capacities of the entrepreneurs demonstrate their vital importance as a fundamental aspect when forming part of the business structure of the province of Cusco, since a greater capacity acquired predisposes said choice, as well as the financial conditions of the enterprise such as the Initially invested capital is also a significant reason when a woman in this study group decided, in addition to starting and leading her own business, to be part of the business structure of the province of Cusco, finally it was obtained that the motivation of the entrepreneurship does not determine the choice of women to form part of the business structure of the province of Cusco given the diversity of the entrepreneurial motives.
