Abstract: El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general analizar el impacto del
sistema de gestión de calidad (SGC) en las agencias de turismo, Cusco – 2019, la investigación
fue de tipo aplicada, nivel descriptivo, el método de investigación fue deductivo-analítico y de
enfoque mixto, las técnicas e instrumentos fueron el análisis documental y encuesta, con el
formato de recolección de datos y el cuestionario, la población estuvo constituida por 22
agencias de turismo que habían participado en la implementación de un sistema de gestión de
calidad (SGC), a las cuales se aplicó un cuestionario, estos resultados fueron comparados con
los resultados de la línea base antes de la aplicación del sistema de gestión de calidad (SGC).
Los resultados fueron: el cumplimiento promedio de los 22 objetivos en las agencias
fue del 90%, respecto al ROI, existen diferencias significativas entre el ROI antes y después de
la implementación del (SGC), ya que, la significación es 0.00 menor de 0.05, por tanto, la
implementación del sistema de gestión de calidad (SGC) tuvo un impacto significativo y
positivo. Existen diferencias significativas entre la productividad antes y después de la
implementación del (SGC) ya que la significación es 0.00 menor de 0.05, por tanto, el impacto
fue significativo y positivo. Respecto a la innovación, se pudo apreciar que el 68.2% de las
agencias innovaron sus procesos de venta y reserva. Existen diferencias significativas entre la
cantidad de productos antes y después de la implementación del (SGC) ya que la significación
es 0.00 menor de 0.05, por tanto, el impacto fue significativo y positivo. Finalmente, La
implementación del sistema de gestión de calidad (SGC) genera un impacto positivo en las
agencias de turismo Cusco – 2019, ya que favorece en el crecimiento de los ingresos, retorno
de la inversión, productividad e innovación de las agencias.
