Mejora de la gestión logística en la Empresa Frank Ronal Hermoza Muñiz Cusco - 2021

Abstract

La presente tesis titulada “Mejora de la gestión logística en la empresa Frank Ronal Muñiz Cusco-2021” tiene como objetivo general mejorar la gestión logística de la empresa mediante el uso de la metodología ABC, stock de seguridad y mejora en la distribución del almacén; así como uso del software Forecast para un correcto pronóstico de ventas en la empresa. Dicha investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, de nivel descriptivo-propositivo; con un diseño no experimental-transeccional y de método analítico. Se considero como unidad de estudio los productos inventariados de la empresa; la muestra empleada fue no probabilística, con una elección por conveniencia del grupo de productos de cerámicos y sanitarios. La presente investigación está distribuida en cinco capítulos. En el capítulo I, se encuentra la problemática existente, el problema de estudio, objetivo general, los objetivos específicos y la justificación; todo esto como línea base para los principios de la tesis en estudio. En el capítulo II, se encuentra los antecedentes locales, nacionales e internacionales; así como el marco teórico que nos sirve de base para el presente estudio, siendo estos los conceptos relacionados con gestión logística y productividad. En el III capítulo, se detalló la metodología utilizada en la elaboración de la presente tesis; así como determinación de nuestra unidad de estudio, muestra y los instrumentos de recolección de datos. En el capítulo IV, se tiene como primera parte el diagnóstico empresarial, la segunda parte contiene el diagnóstico de los indicadores a medir en la tesis, en la tercera parte el desarrollo de las herramientas para mejora de la gestión logística y finalmente en la cuarta parte la comparación de los resultados. En el V capítulo, se encuentra la discusión de resultados en base a los antecedentes utilizados en el trabajo de investigación. Finalmente, se encuentra las conclusiones y recomendaciones en base a los objetivos planteados, además las referencias bibliográficas y anexos respectivos. De acuerdo a los resultados, el análisis a través del uso correcto de los métodos en los procesos logísticos a partir del pronóstico de ventas, clasificación de productos ABC y la mejora en la distribución del almacenamiento de estos mismos para el año 2022; se concluyó que a través de una correcta proyección de ventas los indicadores de volumen de compras, rotación de inventarios, productividad y porcentaje de área utilizada de la empresa F.R.H.M. incrementarán significativamente.

In chapter II, the local, national and international background is found; as well as the theoretical framework that serves as the basis for the present study, these being the concepts related to logistics management and productivity. In the III chapter, the methodology used in the elaboration of this thesis is detailed; as well as determination of our study and sample unit and the data collection instruments. In chapter IV, the business diagnosis is the first part, the second part contains the diagnosis of the indicators to be measured in the thesis, in the third part the development of tools to improve logistics management and finally in the fourth part. the comparison of the results. In the V chapter, there is the discussion of results based on the background used in the research work. Finally, there are the conclusions and recommendations based on the proposed objectives, in addition to the bibliographical references and respective annexes. According to the results, the analysis carried out on the situation of the logistics management of the company F.R.H.M. in 2021; improvement through the use of correct methods in logistics processes based on the sales forecast, classification of ABC products and the improvement in the distribution of their storage for the year 2022; It was concluded that through a correct projection of sales, the indicators of volume of purchases, inventory turnover, productivity and percentage of used area of the company F.R.H.M. will increase significantly.
