Abstract: Competencias sobre estimulación prenatal en obstetras que laboran en el Ministerio de
Salud Cusco 2021, tiene por objetivo determinar las competencias sobre Estimulación
Prenatal en obstetras que laboran en el MINSA Cusco, los objetivos específicos son
evaluar el nivel de conocimientos, conocer las habilidades y describir las actitudes en
Estimulación Prenatal en obstetras que laboran en el MINSA Cusco. La estimulación
prenatal se define como el conjunto de acciones que proporcionan al niño las experiencias
que este necesita para potenciar y desarrollar al máximo su capacidad y potencial
biopsicosocial. El estudio es de tipo no experimental, diseño descriptivo y de corte
transversal con enfoque cuantitativo, la muestra está constituida por 85 profesionales
Obstetras que laboran en el área asistencial de los distintos centros de salud y hospitales
del MINSA y que pertenecen al casco urbano de la ciudad del Cusco, el muestreo
utilizado para este estudio fue por conveniencia, no probabilístico. Resultados: el 55.3%
de los profesionales Obstetras tiene un nivel de conocimientos regular, mientras que el
44.7% tiene un nivel de conocimientos malo sobre Estimulación Prenatal; el 38.8% de
los Obstetras participantes tiene un alto nivel de habilidades, el 44.7% tiene un nivel
medio y el 16.5% tiene un nivel bajo de habilidades en Estimulación Prenatal; el 62.4%
de los profesionales encuestados tienen una actitud indiferente, un 34.1% presenta una
actitud positiva y un 3.5% una actitud negativa frente a la Estimulación prenatal.
Finalmente se tiene un 68.2% de profesionales Obstetras que presenta un nivel
medianamente adecuado de competencias, el 23.5% presenta un nivel adecuado de
competencias y un 8.2% presenta un nivel poco adecuado de competencias en
Estimulación Prenatal. Conclusiones las competencias sobre Estimulación Prenatal en
Obstetras que laboran en el Ministerio de Salud Cusco son medianamente adecuadas, el
nivel de conocimientos va de regular a malo, el nivel de habilidades resultó medio y las
actitudes frente a la Estimulación Prenatal son indiferentes.
Competences on prenatal stimulation in obstetricians who work in the Ministry of Health Cusco 2021, its objective is to determine the competences on Prenatal stimulation in obstetricians who work in the MINSA Cusco, the specific objectives are to evaluate the level of knowledge, know the skills and describe the Attitudes in Prenatal Stimulation in obstetricians who work at MINSA Cusco. Prenatal stimulation is defined as the set of actions that provide the child with the experiences he needs to enhance and develop his capacity and biopsychosocial potential to the maximum. The study is of a non-experimental type, descriptive design and cross-sectional with a quantitative approach, the sample is made up of 85 obstetrician professionals who work in the healthcare area of the different health centers and hospitals of the MINSA and who belong to the urban area of the city of Cusco, the sampling used for this study was for convenience, not probabilistic. Results: 55.3% of the Obstetrician professionals have a regular level of knowledge, while 44.7% have a poor level of knowledge about Prenatal Stimulation; 38.8% of the participating Obstetricians have a high level of skills, 44.7% have a medium level and 16.5% have a low level of skills in Prenatal Stimulation; 62.4% of the professionals surveyed have an indifferent attitude, 34.1% have a positive attitude and 3.5% a negative attitude towards prenatal stimulation. Finally, there are 68.2% of Obstetrician professionals who present a moderately adequate level of competencies, 23.5% present an adequate level of competences and 8.2% present an inadequate level of competences in Prenatal Stimulation. Conclusions the competences on Prenatal Stimulation in Obstetricians who work in the Ministry of Health Cusco are moderately adequate, the level of knowledge goes from fair to bad, the level of skills was medium and the attitudes towards Prenatal Stimulation are indifferent.
