The present investigation work born by the existence of gas station companies that operate without taking care of organizational plans, policies and procedures to realize a really good management of their activities, working in an empirical way, which makes them vulnerable to strong changes in their environment. For this reason, the main objective of the present work is to develop and implement an inventory control to get the control and the minimization of wastages in SERVICENTRO PETRO MAPI E.I.R.L. in PUERTO MALDONADO City. In order to achieve this, it has been realized an analysis in different areas from the organization, such as: structural organizational, human resources, purchasing management, inventory management and sells management. Thanks to this analysis, it has been possible to detect the critical points of each area, allowing me to develop and implement an inventory control. With the development and the implementation of this inventory control the company will be able to have the complete handling of its inventories, being controlled them and minimizing the percentage of wastages to exist, to obtain a greater profit and competitiveness, able to face the risks and changes of the present businesses world.
