This thesis is based on the branch of Traffic Engineering, analyzed the current supply and demand of public parking, in addition to considering the road capacity, traffic flow, and future demand projected for the year 2035 in Av. The section between Marcavalle Paradero - Paradero Prado of the District of Wanchaq and Cusco in the City of Cusco. The study defines the availability of free spaces (drawers) to park in hours of high demand, based on the measurement of vehicular flows, the description and analysis of the parking supply. It was concluded that the current offer in the whole section is 78 drawers for 4,007 vehicles that require this service, generating a level of service F and therefore vehicular congestion. Therefore the future demand will be greater due to the increase in the automotive fleet with a growth rate of 47.26% by the year 2020. In 2014, 64,820 vehicles / year were registered for the City of Cusco, projecting that by the year 2020 there will be approximately 95,455 vehicles / year, requiring 183 drawers for this demand. It was also concluded that the main activity by which the vehicles are parked is consumption, and the place of origin is the District of Cusco.
