Safety at work and in oneself is an essential condition that must be taken into account in order to protect oneself from the different risks and dangers within our society, so it must become a necessity which must be associated with protection. of fundamental rights, including the right to health, a fundamental right for the person. For this reason, the present investigation refers to the state of emergency, the general problem is: What are the effects generated by non-compliance with biosafety protocols in public servants within the UGEL--Anta in the period 2020? The objective of this research is to analyze the effects generated by non-compliance with biosafety protocols in public servants within the UGEL--Anta in the 2020 period. Being that the hypothesis of the same is that the non-compliance of the biosafety protocols in the public servants of the UGEL- - Anta, has generated legal and administrative effects that harmed the public servants. In this sense, for the present investigation a quantitative approach was used since the data collection was applied through surveys, this instrument was applied to the public servants of the UGEL- - Anta who worked in the year 2020. After collecting the corresponding data and information for the investigation, it was concluded that the effects of non-compliance with the biosafety protocols did generate legal effects due to the affectation of rights, such as; the right to health, family and work, in the same way administrative law was affected, this due to the mismanagement that took place within the UGEL--Anta in the period 2020, which negatively affected the right to the health of public servants.
