Los resultados generados por los convenios colectivos para la Municipalidad Provincial del Cusco en el periodo 2018-2022 por el Sitramunc y Sitraomunc

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada la influencia de los convenios colectivos en los sindicatos de la Municipalidad Provincial del Cusco en el periodo 2018-2022, se enfoca en estudiar los resultados generados por los convenios colectivos 2018-2022, celebrados principalmente entre los sindicato de los diferentes regímenes como son el régimen 276 y 728 de la Municipalidad Provincial del Cusco según la entrevistas realizadas a los trabajadores y funcionarios que conocen la realidad entre los sindicatos y la Municipalidad, se podrá constatar diferentes deficiencia entre el empleador (Municipalidad Provincial del Cusco), y los trabajadores de los regímenes 276 y 728, que no se cumplió con los convenios realizados en los periodos 2018 – 2022, que los acuerdos plasmados en dichos convenios perjudico a la Municipalidad Provincial del Cusco y otras deficiencias que se podrá observar en esta investigación causados por diferentes factores; el objetivo principal será determinar si los convenios colectivos causan efectos positivos o negativos para la Municipalidad Provincial del Cusco en los periodos 2018 2022.

The present investigation entitled the influence of collective agreements in the unions of the Provincial Municipality of Cusco in the period 2018-2022, focuses on studying the results generated by the 2018-2022 collective agreements, celebrated mainly between the unions of the different regimes. such as the regime 276 and 728 of the Provincial Municipality of Cusco according to the interviews carried out with the workers and officials who know the reality between the unions and the Municipality, it will be possible to verify different deficiencies between the employer (Provincial Municipality of Cusco), and the workers of regimes 276 and 728, that the agreements made in the periods 2018 - 2022 were not complied with, that the agreements embodied in said agreements harmed the Provincial Municipality of Cusco and other deficiencies that can be observed in this investigation caused by different factors; The main objective will be to determine if the collective agreements cause positive or negative effects for the Provincial Municipality of Cusco in the periods 2018-2022.
