Síndrome de Burnout en Licenciados en Enfermería que laboran en la Micro Red Anta, Cusco - 2018

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación “SINDROME DE BURNOUT EN LICENCIADOS EN ENFERMERIA QUE LABORAN EN LA MICRO RED ANTA, CUSCO-2018”, tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel del Síndrome de Burnout en Licenciados en Enfermería que laboran en la Micro Red Anta, Cusco-2018, el estudio fue de tipo descriptivo, transversal y prospectivo, con una muestra de 29 Licenciados en Enfermería. La técnica utilizada fue la entrevista y el instrumento utilizado la Escala de Maslach Burnout Inventory. RESULTADOS: El 93% de los Licenciados en Enfermería son de sexo femenino, 41% tiene una edad de 31 a 40 años, 41% son solteros, 48% tiene de 8 a 13 años de servicio, 57% son nombrados. En cuanto a las dimensiones del Síndrome de Burnout, en la dimensión de cansancio emocional el 63% tiene un nivel bajo, 14.8% un nivel alto; en la dimensión de despersonalización 37% tiene un nivel medio respectivamente, 29.7% tiene un nivel alto; en la dimensión de realización personal 40.7% tiene un nivel alto y medio, 18.5 tiene un nivel bajo. El 63% de los Licenciados en Enfermería tiene un nivel medio del Síndrome de Burnout.

The research work “BURNOUT SYNDROME IN LICENSED IN NURSES THAT WORK IN THE ANTA MICRO NETWORK, CUSCO-2018“, aimed to determine the level of Burnout Syndrome in Nursing graduates who work in the Micro Network Anta - Cusco, the study was of a descriptive, transversal and prospective type, with a sample of 29 Graduates in Nursing. The technique used was the interview and the instrument used the Maslash Scale. RESULTS: 93% of Nursing graduates are female, 41% have an age of 31 to 40 years, 41% have civil status as singles, 48% have a service time of 8 to 13 years, 57% are of employment status named. Regarding the dimensions of the Burnout Syndrome, 63% have a low level in the emotional exhaustion dimension, 37% have a medium level in the depersonalization dimension and 41% have a high and medium level. 63% of Nursing graduates have a medium level of Burnout Syndrome, in which it is concluded that more than half of the graduates in nursing are about to present the Burnout Syndrome.
